We had burst copper pipe deep under our house right before XMAS that had the potential to become a major issue if it wasn't resolved quickly. (Due to poor workmanship from a previous plumber a few years earlier taking a short cut). No one plans for a water emergency so we had to call a plumber that we haven't used before in the hope we could get it repaired before Xmas eve. Burns Plumbing sent a competent and diligent young plumber that did what it took to sort it out- including locating fixings that were unusual which was quite a feat given the bad timing. The job was messy, fiddly and in a very awkward spot under our old house. He did what it took to fix and made sure it was tested properly before he left site. The invoice was clear with the description of works undertaken and the cost was fair. Cant ask for more that that. Totally recommended and if we ever need a plumber again I know who to call.
